As of Nov. 22, 2021, at 4:15 pm, the manager Jamie did not apologize for sending awful messy looking flower arrangements, a standing arrangement and a vase arrangements; they look nothing like the online pictures, both looked a hot mess. Don't depend upon them for funeral flowers, you will be highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Her professionalism sucks!🤔🤭. Then they have the nerve to want to pay $20.00 on $140.00 arrangement and $40.00 on $250. arrangements. The owner felt the same and they are thieves. Jamie and staff haves lied to the Whitehall Police, he just called me. I explained what happened and what I said. They put a no trust pass on me so they don't have to refund my money. Public beware. One day The Lord God will shut them down for bad business service and not guarantee their funeral flower arrangements. I told the owner put my money back. He's a thief too! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered next day. When the order did not arrive I contacted the store directly to find out what happened. The clerk who answered the phone was very rude and had the nerve to argue with me. I told her (politely) that I did not receive a call and there must have been a mix up with my phone number. She nastily replied "The manager called you" I explained that I did not get a call her reply "she called you". At this point my next question is about my refund since I am not getting my order. She was rude and did not want to help me with the details of my refund. Considering I spent almost $200 I expected some customer service and explanation. Came in on Sunday for flowers for my sisters grave. I wanted to get her fresh flowers and was dreading picking them out. The woman was so helpful, she went to the back and found me an empty vase to put into the ground and asked me how much I wanted to spend. She then made the most beautiful flower arrangement! I asked her to put baby’s breath throughout the flowers, and she explained they weren’t recommended with the flowers we picked out, but she would gladly add some for me.
