I first went there about 5 yrs. ago. I got my bangs cut & a facial....super! Took my friend there 2 get his hair cut....super! Well the 3rd time was the "charm" as they say. I went 2 get my bangs trimmed....the guy just started chopping while talking about just getting out of the pen & other things 2 some other student. I had 2 come home & attempt 2 fix them. I had 2 wait 4 months 4 my hair 2 look decent again. Then once while my husband was getting his hair cut he was asked if he wanted his stash trimmed (as usual) & he walked out looking like Adolph Hitler! I know they r students & mistakes can happen at any barber/beauty shop. And NOTHING 2 do w/race as a comment I read simply said "black people"....u can b orange 4 all we care. Just b professional & pay attention & not b worrying about gabbing 2 others. They really do have some great students there, but we unlucky got 2 of them. They trimmed his stash that way on purpose because he's white. They were all standing around snickering! Until I came over....I'm multi-racial. So b careful going here. We can get a hair cut for (it was then) $6.00 + tip many places. And most of the instructors r just as bad. If u even see 1. I do wish the best 2 those who r doing a great job. And if u go there & they do u right....please tip them. They depend a lot on that. I would go there again 4 a facial. They r...

went in for a haircut and I had decently long hair and I really hadn't gotten a hair cut in 2 months there were a few advance barbers sitting, they wouldn't even look at me and there was one that said he will cut my hair so I went there expect a decent cut but I'll just say it was like he just started cutting hair I asked for a low skin fade and I got one high fade on one side ps no fade and the other was way too high and this guy at the end of the haircut try to cover up the terrible job he did man I have to go to the army drill tomorrow like make sure you choose your barber wisely because I asked for a advanced and they gave me a beginner smh. This place is very unprofessional. Everyone has a nasty attitude and does not care about your future. Including Ms. Carrie, the director of the school. If you would like to make something of yourself, I would not recommend this school. As mentors and instructors, you would think they will be happy and proud of you but that is not the case. They are not hands on by any means and they are not willing to teach and help you grow. Ms. Carrie also makes it known that you are NOT a priority as a student. It is a very hostile environment for a student and customer. As a barber school you should take pride in your students and their work, your profession is to make others look and feel good. I can tell you now that this is NOT Ms. Carrie's goal...
