I really enjoyed my time at this branch. The children room is spacious with many variety of books and electronics. I was very pleased to see a diverse staff to represent the community that they serve (which doesn't happen in other branch that I have been to.) They have study rooms, quiet rooms, tons of computers. They also take part of a program, the Children Hungry Alliance, that provides snacks to children from Monday through Friday at 4 (I'm not sure what the time for Saturday.) The only thing that bothered me was the headphones not working for the tablets which made them useless.

I really enjoyed museum. I went there on a mission: to see the Stradivarius violins and see the Dutch painters. My brother lives in NY, so we could get tickets in exchange for a donation. That was fair, because full price would have been too much for the little time we spent there. We plan to go again. FYI. The queue was about 30 mins long just to enter the museum around 4pm on a Friday.

I love studying here! I get to play my music in my little area and simply CONCENTRATE. As a college student it is vital for me to be able to have a place with no distractions or interference to my learning. Staff members are great and respurceful! Clean environment as well. Test prep section is FILLED with materialšŸ˜ I plan on being here a lot, so if you see me, say hi y’all✨

Mr winter is so delightful and pleasant. i am in awe of the experience he gave and mark he left on me today. The moment i walked in, he greeted me and acknowledged me with a warm welcome. I did arrive an hour before close but he did not make me feel any way besides welcome. He was in the middle of re organizing books at the main entrance. I am awed because he was working and DELIGHTFUL at the same time!! He wasn't "too busy" to just say hello. It was a seamless encounter. If only there were more Mr Winters. He deserves a raise!!! When it was time to go, he was still cleaning. He entered the quiet room to clean and i was just so at ease, I began to apologize for wrapping up last second and he said, "don't" "its OK, you still have a few minutes, don't rush and harm yoursellf" I cannot believe how kind he is. He deserves all the best and better. You are one of a kind Mr Winter. He lights up the energy wherever he goes. I was in my car just preparing for my ride home and i was pleasantly graced with his darling laughter once again as he had been conversing with someone else on his way out. Im convinced this is his natural state. Rare to find nowdays.

Thank you kind šŸ˜‡ Mr Winters and to your colleague (short haired, all black shirt and sweatpants, (presumably mixed), none taller than 5'3, wonderfully curved woman. Sorry i was leaving and didn't get to ask your name.

Honorable mention to the gentleman with the dreads, hes also very pleasant, knowledgeable, and wonderful at his role as guest...

The staff here are incredibly kind. Every time I walk in, someone is greeting me. And if I need anything, I know they’re ready to help.

I’ve been walked through using the printer, connecting to the Wi-Fi, using the self scan machine, and finding my books I’ve placed on hold. And each of those times they’ve been more than happy to show me how to do it. Even though it’s so easy that I probably shouldn’t need help in the first place.

One thing I don’t like is that it’s pretty noisy here because there’s always a lot of kids. I wouldn’t personally be able to sit and read in peace. It’s possible I don’t go at the appropriate times, though. So maybe others have better experiences.

That said, I love that libraries are a free community resource, and it makes my heart happy seeing kids at the library. So I just pick up my books and read at home where it’s quieter.

Also, every time I order books to be put on hold, they’re always quick. I’ve never waited longer than 4 days for a book that didn’t have a line of people...
