Dear Holiday Lanes Management,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent experience at your facility. As a long-time bowling enthusiast, I had looked forward to our visit, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.
Upon arrival, we were enthusiastic about enjoying an evening of bowling, but our excitement quickly turned to dismay. The first lane we were assigned did not function properly. After several attempts to get it operational, we were informed that we would need to switch lanes. Regrettably, the second lane we moved to also had issues, forcing us to switch a second time. Despite our efforts, the problems persisted, and we found ourselves unable to enjoy the game we had eagerly anticipated.
Compounding our frustration, the bowling balls we attempted to use would not return, and the monitors for the lanes failed to turn on consistently. This lack of functionality not only disrupted our game but also contributed to a sense of chaos and disappointment among our group.
What was particularly disheartening was the apparent indifference from the staff. When we sought assistance, we encountered employees who seemed unwilling to help address our concerns. Their lack of engagement only added to our feelings of frustration. We had hoped for some level of support, but instead, it felt as though our concerns were disregarded.
To make matters worse, we were placed in the back of the facility, despite the fact that there were numerous empty lanes available. This decision not only made us feel isolated but also contributed to a lack of atmosphere that one typically expects from a bowling venue.
When we requested a partial refund due to the numerous issues we encountered, our request was met with resistance. This was incredibly disappointing, as it felt like a lack of accountability for the poor service we experienced.
Overall, my experience at Holiday Lanes was far from satisfactory. I believe that a facility that values its customers should prioritize addressing operational issues and provide adequate support when problems arise. I hope you take these concerns seriously and work to improve the experience for...

Manager was horrible & forgive me he was not dressed appropriate looked like he needed to shower. Now let's talk about the situation that occurred. This was a last minute celebration for my son's birthday. His cousins put it together. Apparently the lady who waited on my nephew told him he had a 2 hour window to bowl. But after time ran out. The lady was talking to my nephew & my daughter & was supposed to go correct it after she ate her salad. (Well she didn't), which my nephew had to talk to the manager. The lady had informed them wrong but was giving a discount. Seeing the employee had made the mistake the manager should have tried to make it right. Who obviously was rude & stated he wasn't going to add the time (that was owed) he said that my nephew could pay for more time which was less than hour because they closed at 11pm. My daughter tried to explain, my niece, my nephews girlfriend. He was nasty he had the audacity to call his special duty cop. My nephew & his girlfriend was just there got the same service with the employee who messed up. The manager apparently don't know how to train his employees. He sucks at customer service. He had 2 seniors, 2 children, 2 teenagers & 6 adults that saw how he runs establishment. Now let's talk about there food non was available for order. Read moreThis place highly disappointed me. My family and I rented a lane for one hour. About 10 minutes in we order just ONE pizza. First of all the order taking process was just rude. We had to wait for the young lady at the counter to finish her personal conversation (on her cell) before asking us what we wanted to order. We waited about 30 minutes and our buzzer had not went off. I sent my son to their order window 3 times all for them to tell him “it’s not ready”.. well at this point our game is over and an hour has passed and we have no pizza. I went to the window myself - stood there for 2 minutes with no one there to help. Until 3 employees come out , still no one has asked how to help me. They were having their side conversations. One of the employees looks at me, then looks back at her coworker to continue her conversation then proceeds to ask what I need. I tell her we’ve waited for our pizza 45 minutes now and our game is over. Another employee says “oh we burnt it” I asked why after the 3 times my son went up there , didn’t anyone communicate that to us??? She looked at me with disbelief that i even asked that question and said “what would you like us to do”. I said I would like my money back and my pizza.
