Waterbeds 'n' Stuff — Local services in Whitehall

We went to look at beds on 2/14. We fell in love with a waterbed frame that had the shelves in the headboard and drawers in the pedestal. We had to wait over 20 minutes to talk to the salesman. We asked if we could get the bed in the light wood color and we wanted to get a pillow top mattress instead of the water bed mattress. They only had the dark wood in stock so we agreed. We were told that the queen size mattress would be to big for the queen size frame, so we ordered the king size frame. We were told they would deliver with extra fee but would only carry inside the door, not to the bedroom and they do not assemble. They were almost 2 hours late delivering. The delivery men were very nice and explained they did not have the bed I ordered in stock so they (upgraded). The bed did not have the drawers. When my husband called the store he was told that that was extra. We also explained the mattress was way to small and we were going to get the king but we are now told they can custom order the mattress. We were told we had to pay an extra 100.00. When we went to the store to pay it they raised it to an extra 258.00. I am...

Went in to get a futon pad for a futon frame I have that I allow the dog to use as her bed. Nice store, interesting items, but I had to wait for 10 minutes as the one clerk was not capable to check stock and sell me the item....the other was wrapping up w/two customers. When the one that could she was super slow but kept apologizing for the wait. Not sure why such a simple process takes so long is beyond me. Needs my name, address & phn# for an invoice. ( Why its not guranteed or refundable) then had to drive around back to pick up. I waited almost 10 more mins in the cold for her to meet me there. Was just about to call into the store to see what was going on, when she came. Again apologizing for the wait. No one was in the store but her friend that came to visit. I was so suspicious by then thinking were they stealing my credit info, did I drop one of my cards. Just a strange slow & uneasy process. The mattress... the 99$ one was good...my dog loves it. I'm usually all about waterbeds n' stuff and have loved it for years until I bought a "SuperStar Vaporizer Pen" to take it home and find out I was sold a counterfeit product. It wasn't working the way I expected so, thinking it was personal error I read all through the instructions manual, looked up the website, googled the product and each attempt to make my pen work correctly lead me to find suspect things. There was no webpage for the website written on the back of the box, there was another company called Super Star Vapor or something like that with a different logo and different products than the one I purchased. While I am hoping that waterbeds corrects their mistake and gives me my money back, they still have lost a good customer due to the fact that I am afraid the rest of the products are not authentic. I am very displeased and hope that waterbeds, which I looked at as a reputable dealer, will put an end to their purchasing of counterfeit products even if it gives them an extra...
