2 stars to the company itself not the CVS employees. I was in line at the pharmacy to pick up some medication for my 2 year old. The person behind the pharmacy was finishing up giveing a vaccine, then ran to throw out his gloves, then ran to the window to take am order only to run get the meds and run back to the window to finish with that customer. Then answered a question for a customer who was on the phone with a person in a different state talking about a medication order. He then went to 1 of only 3 registers in the pharmacy and called me over. I told him they do not pay you enough to be running around stressed. This clean cut individual said he has to shorten the line. I told him we see you are busy and understaffed then a mentwl thought of - since the CVS company is cheep / greedy. He told me someone will give a bad review and I responded then they are an idiot for not seeing the real issues that cause this. Like impulse buys taking up counter space where a cash register could be to better service customers and get more employees as well. And to the people who complain about employees trying to set you up with rewards... they are teained/ expected to do that to you by...

I walk in hoping to get a rapid test for my sick fiancé. The sign at the pharmacy says we are out of stock much like the 10 pharmacies I tried. When a lady next to me who’s talking to an employee says she needs 6. Employee walks in the back and hands her 6 boxes. I ask if there is anymore available and am told they are for employees only and there aren’t any left. Well there’s 6 boxes in this girls arms and I’m sure I can find them on Facebook marketplace later. What a joke. Even if for employees which wouldn’t result in you sending 6 boxes out with someone.    Read moreI have always had positive experiences at this CVS, but I unfortunately my interaction with the pharmacy staff today was less than ideal. I came here on a quiet Saturday afternoon to get a flu shot, and was informed "we don't have any." They did not give reasons and when I asked if they'd be able to tell me which CVS in the area had them, the pharmacy shot me an annoyed look and told me to call one in Blue Bell. There were no other customers so it's not like they were busy. Also, there are massive signs everywhere saying "Flu shots here." I have young kids and work full time so a few precious minutes to be by myself to get my flu shot is pretty rare. I am so disappointed in the poor service...
