I'm sure most people reviewing this place bought jewelry and had no issue. Cute shop, nice people. But don't get a repair done here. Save yourself the headache. I thought I was doing a good deed by going to a small shop for a simple chain repair. The basic extender repair took over a month, when no timeline was even presented when I dropped the chain off. I left three voicemails that were not returned, one message through their website messaging system that was not answered, and an email to the address listed on their website that bounced back. When I went into the shop in person to get an update on the status of the repair, I was brushed off and told I'd be called as though I was being impatient. After they finally called me to tell me it was done, with no mention of the time that had passed or the messages that were left, the repair ended up costing 3-4x what I was quoted at drop-off. The name of the shop is perfectly suiting to the service you get when you walk in! All of the staff were terrific and extremely welcoming and helpful when I came to them. The jeweler, Ali, was especially great and took care of the repair and resizing of both of my watches that are very sentimental to me that I don’t go a day without wearing.
