This might be our new favorite local pizza spot. We kept driving by it and so finally decided to give it a try one night a few weeks back. Since reviews and photos were limited, it took us a while to finally take a leap of faith and order from here. So glad we did. Pizza, fries, garlic knots—everything was incredibly well made and tasty. Nothing bland, and there’s definitely a light signature touch to each of the flavors—subtle, not something that hits you over the head, which we both appreciated about it. The garlic knots tasted even better than they looked. I tend to think a pizza joint’s garlic knots can say a lot about its overall well roundedness; a lot of places get the flavor right but more often than not put out overcooked knots or ones that have been sitting out too long. I think they’re hard to do right. The ones we ordered here, however, were soft and doughy, just how I like them; I thought they could stand for slightly more garlic sauce and maybe more butter in that recipe, but it’s been a while so I’d have to try them again to say for sure. Still, overall, I was really impressed with them—they were tasty! I suspect the dough or recipe is high quality.
Overall, everything was cooked evenly and flavors were robust. Highly recommend giving this place a try for your next pizza night. We’re looking forward to ordering from...
Read moreWhile I typically do not post reviews I felt this needed to be shared. I went to the pizzeria during my time sensitive lunch break. I was unaware they had $15 dollar minimum which In comparison to most establishments is extremely high from the average $5 minimum. All I had on me was my credit card and was unable to take out any cash. I politely expressed to the counter server I came on my lunch break and asked if there was ANY way I could just purchase a couple slices. Now I know as I have worked the industry before they absolutely could have but to save a couple dollars for themselves from running my card my request was denied. Now I was not upset just disappointed. What prompted my review is i went to Palermo pizza not only were they offering a $6 lunch special ( a personal pizza and a drink) but they took my card with no minimum and my food came out fast enough despite the time wasted to clock back in on time. Blue bell pizzeria is clearly more concerned with making a quick extra buck then catering to their customers. If the blue bell pizzeria would have helped me out this would be a different review and I would have advised my corporate office to consider them for their next lunch. Extremely disappointed and will obviously be...
Read moreTL:DR- don’t order from Blue Bell Pizza, they have horrible customer service and clearly don’t care about taking care of customers.
Blue Bell pizza has lost my business forever after my experience today. I received my order after an hour of waiting, which was longer than what I was quoted, and it was cold. I called immediately to let them know. The woman who answered the phone asked who the driver was and then immediately put me on hold to speak with someone named Hugo who informed me I must be wrong. I restated that my order was cold, he again insisted I was wrong, he put the order himself into a hot bag. I don’t know what the driver did between the pizza place and my house, but my food was cold and now someone who says he’s the manager is arguing with me about it. I asked his name and who the manager or owner was, he stated it was him. I do not appreciate being told I am holding a hot pizza, when I am in fact holding a cold pizza. I was offered a $10 credit, which is ridiculous, or a reorder of my food which would probably take another hour. What in...
