Ordered sushi and pai thai for take out. When to the bathroom (less than 7 minutes) order was done. Completely done, in a bag ready to leave. I tried to surprise my girlfriend at work but the pai thai which was awful. I called and they told me the noodles should be dry. I asked for store credit, thinking I would give them another chance.... they made me take the uneaten food back. When I was back the woman behind the counter argued about the quality of the pai thai. The place one block away knows how to make pai thai, and very well. In any case, I drove out of my way to return the dry old noodles with no flavor, also missing multiple ingredients. It was not until I started to make a seen in front of customers she gave me my money back for just the pai thai. The sushi appetizer was above average but I will never order from this place again. They completely destroyed my day and made no attempt to correct the situation other than blame me. They treated me as I had no idea about international food. Not till I pointed out there were no peanut or lime and the time frame for cooking noodles did she take me seriously. I believe if there were no customers coming in I would not have received a refund. After reviewing online reviews I guess it was my own fault for giving them an other chance. Unreal they are still...
Read moreThe drinks were hot. We ordered pink lemonade and Thai ice tea. Both came way too much hot. Ice in Thai tea melt within a min. We had to ask for extra glass of ice and put all of it in the two drinks and still took like 10-15 min to became drinkable. And both of them had too much sugar poured and collected at the bottom of it. Lemonade particularly was so sweet with syrup and top of that grain sugar. I couldn’t even drink it. In food I tried garlic wonton which was new for me. It turn out just ok. Couldn’t taste garlic at all and was supposed to be hot but it wasn’t. They did have us chili oil when asked and which was really spicy. The red tofu curry was ok too and was just sweet with...
Read moreAt a lost for words at all the 4 star reviews this place has gotten. The only reason I gave 1 star is the flavor of the Mongolian Beef was good. The problem was, I felt like that old Wendy's commercial - "Where's the Beef?" It should have been called Mongolian Onions, because it was a few thin slices of beef under a bed of onions. The General Tso's Chicken was below average. What makes it even worse is the place is SERIOUSLY overpriced. I got the "half-portion" of General's and it was only a few cents cheaper and included an egg roll. So basically, half the portion and an egg roll. Needless to say, I...
