Manhattan Bagel — Restaurant in Whitpain Township

I visited for the first time and ordered a couple of bagels and an iced vanilla latte. When I ordered the latte, the cashier asked if I wanted 16 oz or 20 oz. I told her I’d like a small size, and she said 16 oz was the smallest and that it cost $5.59. However, I believe the menu showed three size options for iced lattes (including on DoorDash), and the smallest was listed at $4.xx. I asked her about the cup size and whether 16 oz was truly the smallest. She then showed me three different cups, but there were only two sizes for iced vanilla latte (?). I’m not sure if she was trying to mislead me or if I misunderstood, but on DoorDash and their menu, the 16 oz latte is listed at $4.49. I know it’s only a dollar, but I hope this doesn’t happen to other customers in the future. Most importantly, the coffee wasn’t great. I only ordered it because my wife called me before I placed my order to say our coffee grinder wasn’t working. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My food was served cold, and when I asked for it to be remade, I was given the runaround — first told yes, then no, then yes again. After waiting, I found out nothing was being done. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told he wasn’t there. A few minutes later, he came out himself and told me he would not be remaking my food and that I needed to contact the third-party delivery service for a refund. His attitude was dismissive and completely unprofessional. It’s one thing to make a mistake — that happens. But to lie to a customer, refuse to fix the issue, and act like you don’t care is unacceptable. I placed a mobile order for a sandwich, a hashbrown, and a “fresh squeezed” orange juice this morning. Picked it up, drove 5 min down the road, took a sip, and immediately knew something was wrong. It was so gross. I didn’t expect same day orange juice by any means, but didn’t expect mold. Was so disgusted I couldn’t eat the sandwich. To their credit, I went back and got two cooler beverages.
