Kohl's — Local services in Whitpain Township

I will not return to this Kohls location fory shopping. I had a bad experience today. When I walked in the store I asked one of the workers an older female employee for help locating jackets. As soon as I headed in the direction, of the rain jackets, an older white gentleman (security) came out followed me to that section in this store while shopping and stood at in front of the section. As I moved through the aisles checking sizes he moved back and forth by the registers to watch me from the other side. Then pretended to be talking with the employee I asked for help initially. He stood at the top of the aisle watching me the whole time I was shopping. When I went to check a price he moved to tue end of the aisle to watch me checking prices. I was so uncomfortable I was ready put everything back out the cart and leave but I needed a few items. I only got necessities and put everything else back. The cashier was polite and friendlier and checkout. Both the employee and security left out the store a few minutes after I checked out and was loading up the car. I used to come here each year a couple times a year a few years ago. I was returning to the area to see what new items were offered in the store and I was in for a big surprise with this change in customer service at this store. I used to like coming here but now I will go to Andorra Kohl's or shop online. They lost my business as a regular customer here until they learn to treat everyone equally. They didnt follow or watch the aisles with anyone else here so why would they single me out? I don't know but I will take my money and business to a different location when...

Love shopping here. They have always best deals going on in market. They know how to attract customers. If you shop once they keep sending $10 off coupons. Best part is if you become frequent shopper they send 30%off coupon very frequently. And top of it you get khols cash too. I don't think so any other shop has this kind of attractive deals available for their customers. Definitely a win win situation for both. Their staffs are always kind & supportive irrespective of location where you stay. I have never come across anyone complaining about their staff or policies. Store return policy is good too. I have personally experienced & many of my friends have shared it too that they always try their best to help customers if their is any problem with product or policies They even keep coming up with great online deals frequently. The only thing which I don't like is their clearance section prices are quite high as compared to other stores but after coupons n all final price turns out to be reasonable. Yes I would highly recommend this place to anyone. You need to shop once to experience how addictive this store is & decide accordingly if you want...

I shopped at this store last weekend for Xmas gifts and received $40 in Kohl’s cash to be redeemed December 10-20. My husband and I stopped in the store today to redeem the Kohl’s cash. When we went to use it we were informed by the cashier it has been redeemed. Both my husband and I knew it hadn’t because the voucher had been sitting my my purse since I got it last week. The cashier was able to pull up that it was redeemed in West Chester and we again told him we did not use it. He called for a manager who did nothing but look at me and accuse me of using it. It was not worth raising an argument over so I left the store. However I didn’t appreciate the poor customer service skills and making me feel like I was trying to pulI something over on them. I don’t understand how I apparently “used” it at another store but still had a copy myself. I understand that I probably wouldn’t have been able to get my Kohl’s cash back, but I would have appreciated some acknowledgment that it was stolen and maybe some guidance how to report it. I later looked up how common it is for Kohl’s cash to be stolen. It will be awhile before I return...
