Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Wichita Falls

on my most recent visit to walgreens was for the pharmacy.after my doctors appointment I went to pick up my prescriptions and they had them for over an hour.we thought for sure they would be ready by now so we pulled up to the teller window and asked for the prescriptions my doctor had ordered and at first they couldn't find them and when they did two of them had been sent to another pharmacy out of state and they would have to be shipped In and then made ready for me to pick up.i was not sure what to do but the staff managed to get all but one ready and the final order would come ro my home because of the size and nature of the script. they also managed to work with my secondary insurance company and get them all at no cost to me it did take them a little while longer but it was worth it to get 4 out of 5 of them that day and at no cost to me so I give them...

We have had several issues with this Walgreens pharmacy in particular. I don't know if they are understaffed or what but it is unacceptable . Most recent experience waited five hours for results on a flu test that we were told would be ready in less than an hour. My son therefore had to wait to get his prescription until the next day. I called that evening and was told they received the script but were out of the med. Should be in stock next day. I called back the next day to be told they never received the prescription. Confirmed with the doctor that the script was sent in. All in all very unprofessional and one of many experiences proving that this particular pharmacy doesn't put any effort into having what it needs to perform and deliver on even basic customer expectations....

This pharmacy has consistently caused nothing but issues for my wife and I. It seems that every person in there has their own way that the pharmacy should be operated instead of just doing their due diligence and making it a good customer service experience. I've never had a worse experience with a pharmacy than with this one. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone for any amount of money. It's by far has the worst staff and customer service a pharmacy could have. They're very inconsistent and rude. ...
