Walgreens — Local services in Wichita Falls

The first time I brought my prescription here for humara pens the pharmacist on duty could not reed or understand the prescription the doctor wrote. Which clearly said “take 2, 40 ml injections today and 1, 40 ml injection in 2 weeks”. The come in packs of 2. They give you 28 days worth at a time. So they would have to give me two packs to last 28 days. They kept trying to give me one. So I spent 30 minutes arguing until a light finally came on I guess. Now I refilled my prescription on Monday called Friday to see where it was and it was never processed (damn automated system with no option to talk to anyone). So I had to fill it again and put a rush on it so I could take it on time. Then a hour later it text me back and said delayed. Pending doctors approval. It never got refilled, doctor was out. Poorest customer service ever!!! This used to be my go to place, but with turnover in the pharmacy, I’ll be going elsewhere. Called to check on my daughters prescription and waited my turn to speak to someone. When a young woman answered she put me on hold. After a few minutes the line stared ring again and it rang at least 20 times before a woman answered and again she put me on hold. This happened three times then the call was disconnected. Called to speak to a manger who was absolutely no help at all. Her reply was that she just didn’t know! She said she would transfer my call, which she did, to someone’s voicemail!! I called the pharmacy again where once more I was put on hold!! Un-believe-able!!! This is not my first bad experience in recent months. The last trip I had to deal with a woman in the pharmacy who was arrogant, snotty, and just rude!! I will be taking my business...

Walked up to the pharmacy counter to pick up my meds and the pharmacy tech at the register was texting on her phone. I said hello and she said she would be right with me. No eye contact or anything. Stood there for about 60 seconds and said well...I guess I will get my meds another time and started to walk away. She yelled at me and said she told me should would be with me. I asked her why she is standing there on her phone and she yelled that she was helping someone else. She may have been, and I would have understood if she would have just said that, but she did not.
