Frank & Joe’s Coffee House - Hospital District — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

Time after time you go and order here. Then they don’t have ham and cheese sandwiches or other food items on the menu. Also don’t have the stuff to make most of the drinks. And if you do get it. It’s not made like it used to be. Wait times at the drive thru is long. Then when it’s time to order they tell they don’t have the stuff. Shop local they say you are better off going to Starbucks they are the same price and better variety. Edit: cause it won’t let me respond. Today I tried to get a strawberry Italian cream soda but the didn’t have the strawberries. Last time they didn’t tell me yall ran out and got the drink and it didn’t taste the same tasted more carbonated. That same time i tried to order ham and cheese y’all were out. Instead I got the over night oats and it was stale. But today I didn’t try and get food just so wouldn’t be...

The coffee was pretty good. But what made the difference for me was the staff....

I am an out of towner, traveling through and well I was unavoidably cranky coming into the shop on account of being on shortened sleep schedules with long driving for the last 4 days.

The staff was so polite and prompt with service that my whole mood transformed. The day really started to look better. They walked my order to me across the room while I was in my seat. They were just kind. Maybe that is just Texas everyone is nicer in Texas.

I got 2 breakfast sandwiches, the bagel and the English muffin as good or better than McDonalds which to me McDonald’s makes a good breakfast sandwich.

After a 12 hour drive I found myself needing a caffeine injection beyond the standard cup of joe from all the chain b.s. A simple Google maps search while still in motion to my final destination in Southeast Texas produced what must be a Wichita Fall's staple FRANK & JOE'S. Praise to the gods because not only was the drink flavorful, but God all might was it powerful and just what I needed to finish the last leg of my journey. Did I forget to mention the excellent customer service ( keep up the good work guys :)!!

P.S. Had to deduct one star for price because almost every drink on their menu is around $6 bucks ( but well worth it if you are in dire need of...
