2nd Update: it has been 4 weeks since this review was posted. I was told at the time that they had to send the photos I sent to the âfactory that they came fromâ, to see if our sunk in the middle mattress would qualify for a warranty. They have never contacted me to tell me one way or another. They have not responded to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and donât waste your money here. They will not help you if you have a problem. They will however ignore you, hang up on you, yell at you and make it seem as if you are the one that is in the wrong.
Update: Response to the Business: I sent the requested information. I have received no verification from the company that these items were received. You have my number, so an âmessage receivedâ text would be the least you could offer so that I know you have the information you need to get this taken care of. That would be common and decent business practice.
My statements contain multiple facts as to exactly what has transpired. I have dates and names to back them up. You have 5 star reviews for good experience with purchasing. I would agree with that. You have multiple 1* reviews from anyone who has had an issue with your products.
If I could give a 0 I would. Terrible customer service from Mark who accused me of being angry for ânot getting my wayâ when in fact I was angry because I had done everything they asked me to do for 6 weeks and no one would ever do anything to resolve the issue. Not only that but he suggested that the pictures of nothing more than a dip in the bed looked like we were âmisusingâ the mattress. All we have done is attempt to sleep on the mattress. Unfortunately we both roll to the middle due to the defect making it very difficult to get a good nights sleep.This is the 2nd mattress in 6 months we have had to bad from this company. I just want a refund. I will go elsewhere...
   Read moreWorst place to get furniture. Was told it was 100% leather and bought the furniture to pick up later then researched it and it is NOT 100% leather. We called and the guy said "I've seen that post and it's not true" and said if we called the actual manufacturer of the furniture that they would tell us it's real leather even though they state it's not..It to HOURS the next day for them to even send us the information showing its 100% leather for that piece they just beat around the bush about it pretty much stating that they got the piece thats all leather and everything else is aftermarket stuff everywhere else. The information we finally got is "gel infused leather" so NOT 100% leather like they said. And Told us they would like me to remove this post which I will not because they believe I should leave a five star review for them which if there was a way to put no stars I would but the one star is only for being decent to my kids while we were there. this company will lie to you just like any other sales man so don't buy anything from them cause once you swipe your card you won't get ur money back. They are not your friends. DO NOT BUY...
   Read moreDO NOT BUY HERE. They do not stand by their products, and will not refund a clearly broken couch. The most help they want to provide is to send their delivery person (who, self admittedly, is not a repair person) to try and fix the broken couch they sold you. Oh, and they won't disclose that you're purchasing a floor model until AFTER you give them your money, and will tell you lies regarding warranties. Avoid at all costs.
Do not listen to the lies that they are stating at the bottom. Furniture Freaks only sent out their delivery guy to "repair" my couch after several emails and follow up calls forcing them to do something. Considering the email was sent within several days of the purchase of the couch, it's funny they're attempting to claim it was our fault they sold us a broken product. Oh and to reiterate, the couch is still broken in the same state it always was, and now they are plainly refusing service. Once again, if you expect any sort of standing by their 2500 product, AVOID FURNITURE FREAKS...
