Disappointed!!!.... Its true what they say... I been coming here since i moved to Kansas a little over a year ago and it's been amazing every time...until today when i went there...the services have always been fast friendly and great experience all the way around... Today i went and ordered a taco bowl of chilli with cheese ... Bret the manager put the cheese on thebottom for some reason then went i complained he got an attitude and showed threat it bothered him the chilli was all over so the presentation was very sloppy then when i asked for compensation that i had to wait to have food remade because he did it wrong he became upset and said what do you expect ne to give you i can give you a couple cinnamon delights then i was trying to explain i cant eat that and while im waiting the rest of my orer is getting cold he slammed the drive thru window shut while i was talking!!! 😲😲😲😔😔😔when ge remade my order he just tossed it on the prep table aggressively!!! When i opened it there was significantly less chili then the first order... He Haas no respect for customers or employees because a lady that was there 1 day when i went and asked about ordering this at a later date tried to explain to him how i would like it as im a pretty frequent flyer here and he completely ignored her and did it his way instead of how i expected it with complete disregard of me as a customer or her advice as she already knew!!! Terrible experience and if he is there i will NEVER waste my time or money here again... He needs to be trained as a manager properly and how customer service really is!!! Everyone else was great!! ... Because of this issue i am giving 1 star ... Hopefully this person learns to be more professional and better at customer service as a manager...
Read moreLast night was the worst experience I ever had. Went through the drive thru and how to wait a very long time for order to be wrong. The fixed but forgot to give us a drink. Since it was after the doors were locked we had to wait another 15 minutes in the line just to get the drink. When we were at the speaker we asked if we could get a fee up size on the drink for having to wait in line again. The employee told us to hold on she had to ask a manager. After about 5 minutes she came back and said she could not do that, but they could give us the drink they forgot. As a Manger at another restaurant I found this very unacceptable, the answer should have been "Yes". After we were told no, we decided that what had happened we wanted our money back. The managers said she could not do that but give us the money for the drink back but that's all. The manager escalated the situation to the point where they called the assistant manager and he said the same thing and told them to call the cops. There is poor management here very...
Read moreTried going to Taco Shop tonight. They closed at 10. Kid came out and asked us to say we were last in line when we got to the speaker. There was a black pickup in line behind us at the time. Heard them asking cars ahead of us if they were the white truck. The car 2 cars ahead of us left. We got to the speaker, still prior to 10:00, and they asked if we were the white truck. I asked what it mattered bc they weren’t closed and if they were going to serve the only vehicle behind us that was in line at the same time as is. Total silence… I said cancel my order, I’ll get food elsewhere. We left and so did the truck behind us. Forgot to mention after the kid came out and told us to say we were last in line when we got to the speaker I got out and told the truck behind is. Didn’t know until later that he identified us as the white truck. Terrible customer service. If they weren’t going to serve the vehicle behind us, why not tell them tater than let them sit in line for 20 minutes to refuse service? Big fail, I won’t...
