This is the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to, do not recommend. The two people working tonight at around 9 pm, showed the lowest level of customer service I’ve seen in a while. I was the only person in the lobby and the parking lot so they didn’t seem busy. Right when I entered, the man working started barking at me without so much as a hi. Stating, “that they didn’t have any hot and ready pizzas and if I wanted to order I would have to wait at least 5 minutes”. Then when I could finally get a word in I said I was just picking up an online order. And he was like oh and went to check on it and he said it would be ready in 15min. So I waited, then a woman came out and made me put my order number into the pizza portal. It was then, that the portal opened with nothing inside the slot. I then asked well maybe my order is just below? She said that wasn’t it and that I needed to input my code to prove my identity and that it was policy. I had stated the name that was on the order, but she required more proof lol for a 7$ pizza. Then, when I asked for a bag for my sauces, she rudely pointed at the bags and said I could grab one for myself. Once I was done bagging my stuff the man from before asked me what pizza I had because there was some confusion I guess. Then he informs me that they tried calling saying that they had ran out of mushrooms (one of my toppings I had selected) and that he just decided to put a heaping pile of sausage on my pizza. I had ordered a Pepsi with my order and when I went to retrieve it from the fridge it...
Read moreThis place has been going downhill consistently for about 2 months. It’s right by where I work and I would go there literally every day for a $5 linch combo. Lately there is a rude, incompetent new manager (after seeing 3-4 different people in and out during their turnover/remodeling/etc) who CANNOT seem to get his act together. The store is almost never open at 11 as advertised. I literally just went to try and eat there at 11:10 and the sign was off and the door was locked while I saw the manager inside counting the register drawer. On the rare occasion the store is open on time there is no food ready for the first 5-10 minutes. Sometimes fifteen. And when the food finally comes out it’s made with old dough, so much sauce that it literally falls off the slice in teaspoon size dollops, cheese all pooled in the center with dried out crust... This store is losing my daily business as I’ve tried to wait out the change but this whole restaurant is a mess that isn’t getting fixed any time soon. Very disappointing that nobody in that company seems to care about making it successful. Poorly run from...
Read moreApparently, this specific location had a bad manager and really brought down the Little Caesars brand. This never seemed to be the case the few times I've been here. The new manager Dominic and his staff have always done a wonderful job at doing what Little Caesars does best... make inexpensive, great-tasting, quickly made Pizza! Dominic is always a class-act. He corrected my order 2 separate times when whoever made the pizzas obviously "shortcut" the orders. I even took photos and did a side by side comparison at what/how they should "look".
Coming from Southern California and working at Little Caesars in the late 80's, I know what goes into making a pizza. Their sauce from this particular Little Caesars is really good... which is why I always ask for extra sauce when ordering. There is NO COST to ask for extra sauce. I recommend you do it and TASTE the difference... it will be Night and Day! You'll be able to see why Dominic and his team are doing a wonderful job. Go Dominic and go Little Caesars! :)
They really do need and deserve a much higher rating. Let's help to bring this team UP!...
