Simon is the absolute best ever! Give that man a raise / bonus and the recognition he deserves! Long story short, I bought an iPhone at Walmart through boost, and later got a bring your own phone kit online, the last 3 months thereās been no service and Iāve spent too many hours on the phone being hung up on and nothing being resolved even after speaking to customer service manager over the phone. I finally decided to come into the store since I was in town to try and get this resolved. There were a couple other customers in the store already, he swiftly helped everyone all while managing the store and got everyone out in a timely manner while also being polite and professional even with the distraction outside the store in the shopping center area. Honestly, I shouldāve just came here months ago, because what he did in like no time, no one with tech support / customer service could successfully help with. You guys have a great employee on your hands and he is an asset to this business. I truly was about to just completely give up, and he restored all hope and got everything working for me!

They seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than helping me.
