Great atmosphere. Wonderful people. If you're from out of town, this is one of the best ways to quickly get to know the community. Most importantly, almost every barber in there is a master barber with over 20 years of experience. Every time I leave out of there, not only do I leave with a perfectly sculptured haircut but cracking up about all of the jokes about sports, life & community. They open at 5 am. on Saturdays. I've never used a barbershop before Ive always taken my daughters to the salon and did my sons hair at home. The salon my friend recommended, recommended Franklin's Barbershop for my 2 year old sons hair. When I walked in with my 3 kids, it was all men in the shop. (Which I did expect) But not once did I feel uncomfortable. It was a very relaxed and comfortable environment. Jay did my sons hair and did a great job! Franklin's has been a part of my life since I was a little girl. As a mother myself now, it is so refreshing to walk into Franklin's and be greeted by a few of the same friendly faces from my childhood.

After every visit, my son walks a little taller, smiles a little wider, and is happier than when he sat down. I appreciate the family atmosphere in the air at Franklin's.
