I went into This store after previously never even knowing it existed and got something for my mom who has been going through a hard time lately and bought a necklace for her. It brought tears to her face coming from me but she absolutely loved it. The ladies that worked with me in creating this necklace were absolutely wonderful. I have been to the Kendra Scott Store on Webb several times. Not each time have I had a great exerience with their sales gals. However, today was exceptional and has redeemed any 'okay' service I have had previously. The store is organized well and very clean. I went in to shop and see what they could do for a ring I bought less than a year ago. Even had the receipt. The ring had severely tarnished. They attempted to clean it but it did nothing.
