Had an issue with some eye benefits that caused a bit of confusion and misunderstanding with Specs and myself. Brooke stepped up and investigated the issues and got to an understanding of benefits. What could have been a very bad experience, Brooke took the time to make it right and smoothed over the rough edges. Alot better experience with her than the previous encounter.
