This store always posts about how they buy at a good percentage, but every time I come in, I feel like I am being lied to or taken advantaged of. Store posted online that they buy sealed and singles from 70-80%, so I came in to sell/trade my sealed. The guy at the counter told me, “We take products at 60%.” Which threw me off because it was a higher percentage online. I asked if that was for sealed as well and he confirmed that it was the same for sealed. He then proceeds to say “Other stores take products at 20-40%”. Which I know isn’t true, this felt like a guilt tripping tactic to get me to sell to them. I left immediately and went to a different store that bought my sealed for 95%. It was clear the worker was lying. This isn’t the first situation I felt like I was being scammed. There were several other instances. The customer service here really needs to improve because my friends who go here have told me they get great deals and never get charged taxed. Store is very biased. Please treat...

The BEST card shop in town! They have the biggest selection of singles, a well-curated selection of sealed product, and a small selection of TCG accessories and collectibles. Their rates are fair, and their owners and employees are knowledgeable and kind. They give their customers the utmost respect, as long as you're respectful, too. They also have a fantastic calendar of in-person events, including hosting local Pokemon TCG events, usually with support and bonuses from The Pokemon Company. They've suffered from the recent local break ins, but even with the setbacks, they keep growing the shop and their community....
