He had great knowledge about the furniture I was interested in and was able to provide me with updates when I could expect the furniture to arrive and be delivered. The female associate taking my payment over the phone was also very friendly and professional. The two young gentlemen whom delivered my furniture and carried into my home were friendly, polite and professional, as well. I go and pick up my furniture (sectional) (chair) they were box and wrapped up ,I get all the way home (60mins) to find OUT I HAD TWO OF THE LEFT SIDES, I had the same side of the sectional just sitting in the way in my house for 2 days before they could come and get it didn't give me no money back didnt give me any discount etc.. then they show up they dont rake the boxing and trash with them , they were rude when I answered the door.
