Logo Depot — Local services in Wichita

I have been working with Logo Depot for several years and just love their customer service and product. I mainly order t-shirts for our School Music Department but have also used Logo Depot for our Professional Band Directors organization as well. They are always very responsive when I send emails asking them about products and processing time. They have always been very accommodating, especially the one time that I missed a deadline! They made me look good because they were able to rush my order through! Not every company will help you out in this manner. Ron Knackstedt has been wonderful as our sales manager. I had planned to pick up our finished product from their office but Ron delivered them to us. This was something completely unexpected but is why I keep going back to Logo Depot. There are probably other companies that provide the same products for a cheaper price but you won't find a company that provides this kind of service consistently. They might do it for a while but don't continue after they have you "hooked" Because of Logo Depot's continued service I will use Logo Depot for our products until I retire from teaching. Thank you Logo Depot for many years of outfitting our kids.

Update - it wasn't so much Logo Depot that I loved, but rather it was Ron. He is now with Midwest Single Source. You can also find Betty there along with Ron. I would HIGHLY recommend contacting Midwest Single Source and asking for Ron or Betty! That is if you want the BEST customer service in town.

Peyton is wonderful! I have no issues at all with the customer service. I do, however, wonder why my favorite colors keep getting discontinued??? It's getting very hard to find shirts with the bright colors I love! Is there any way to request certain colors to come back? Have they not been ordering enough of them? An example - item LK8000, Bright Violet, Blue Heather, Azure Blue, and Green Glen...all discontinued. I don't like 'blaugh & boring' colors. Please, please find a way for us to order colors that are discontinued...if at all...
