I am WAAAAAAY late on leaving this review, but!!!!! 5 stars is not enough! I purchased a vehicle from Yassine in Feb./Mar. 2022 and it has been an amazing buy! The minor issues with the vehicle, he was completely upfront about before we even test drove it. He informed us on everything HE knew about the vehicle and everything HE had done to the vehicle prior to putting it on the lot for sale. Basic simple repairs were needed, along with a set of new tires, but I have had '0' complications with the vehicle since driving it out of the Atlas Motors parking lot! Aside from providing such a reliable vehicle to me for my growing family, Yassine was such a kind person! He went out of his way, staying after close, so that I could come to town from 50 minutes away after I got off work.. Even then, that wasn't a guarantee buy. He was generous enough to help me out with gas money for the vehicle AND worked with me on the sales tax since times were extremely tight financially in that moment. You can just feel the vibe he gives off and its certainly NOT just about money for him. He actually cares to make sure his customers are taken care of and happy with their purchase. He understands that a vehicle is a large buy for LOTS of people and he doesn't take advantage of that.. He is so down to earth and wants to provide quality service! Since the buy, Yassine has reached out to me a few times just to ensure things were still going okay. He was aware of the upcoming major changes in my family and has let us know he cares. Buying a vehicle can be scary.. It can be stressful.. And it can absolutely be overwhelming.. Atlas Motors provides 100% in customer service and even more-so in human decency! This next year I will be on the prowl for an SUV and plan to work with Yassine on that adventure, too! Yassine, when you seen this.... SORRY FOR THE DELAYED REVIEW! My life has been constantly on the move after adding a few more kiddos to my bunch! We appreciate you and will be in touch VERY soon!...

I DID ALL THE RERSEACH POSSIBLY AND I ABSOLUTELY GAVE THEM A VERY REASONABLE OFFER With my data AND GOT TOLD THAT THEY WOULDN'T TAKE LESS THAN $500 OFF, well if i was looking for a $6500 car it isn't going to be a rebuilt titled, THAT IS PRICED AS A CLEAN TITLE VEHICLE. THE car that is truly the value of a clean titled car AND IS NOWE'RE TO THE SAME VALUE. I caution you to know more about REBUILT TITLED VEHICLES and their values are 40%-60% less value than a clean title, this place isn't doing anything but taking advantage of the market value of clean title and not a rebuilt title. and for your money that you've worked hard to make, find a reputable company that will either have clean titles or a significant amount lowered for a rebuilt title to be totally different than fair market value. These rebuilts are not the same thing or prices for a clean title, and it ends up being more expensive than you bargain for. Just beware of this place , because realistically it's a no longer a customer service experience that matters most and how it's possible to just be able to be honest, with absolutely the values of a person is upmost important, not just out for the very last cent available to be got out of every single person who's been there and honestl customer is a pay day and nothing else...PLEASE DON'T BUY A REBUILT TITLE VEHICLE FOR THE SAME VALUE AS A CLEAN TITLE VEHICLE. IT'S NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO THE...
Read moreGreat experience overall. No hovering and nonsense sales tactics were used; I was only approached on the lot to be asked if I wanted a test drive. I was given keys and a dealer tag and off I went to assess the vehicle for myself. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase.
My only complaint was that the car I bought had a bad wheel bearing (a very evident problem that I initially chalked up to Honda road noise), the battery terminal was loose, the oil dipstick was rusty, and the car was somewhat dirty. To their credit, the original salvage damage to the car was repaired well.
Adil was very upfront about the damage to the vehicle and asked if I had seen pictures of it to ensure I knew what I was looking at. For those that don't understand their operating model, it's a salvage repair and flipping business. This is a very common practice and you should do your homework before coming to look at a car. You can find great value in vehicles that had minimal accident damage depending on the location. They seem to do a good job of cosmetic repairs and I was informed they try to avoid purchasing vehicles that have more severe damage.
In addition to my purchase experience, Adil helped me out with a title issue that popped up after the sale and did a lot of behind the scenes phone work to get it straightened out for me. He was always friendly and never seemed annoyed whenever I communicated with him, even though it could have been a headache. I very much appreciated the confidence that he inspired during...
