I ordered 2 dial thermometers from this store, call in and talked to a counter man on July the 31. The thermometers were on sale, did not have them in stock, he said that he would order them to be shipped to the store from Phoenix, I told him I would pick them up on Sat. the 3th of Aug. I ask him if I would get the sale price and he said yes. I stopped in on Sat, the man I talked to was not there, They could not find the thermometers, there was no record/or paper work that they could find, tried calling the man I talked to, he didn't answer his phone. They looked around the store and found 1 thermometer in the back room, but would not honor the July sale price, said that the price had been changed in the computer and there was no way to over ride it. Did not seem to care that their people messed...

I kinda understand, but I needed lights for my lic plate as a warning light was on that it was not working. The man said the led were better and brighter. He opened the package. I went out installed and light still on. I need regular bulbs. He said to bad do sad you installed them. Mind you I was in the parking lot and 1 min had passed. I left went up The road to auto zone. The guy said you can’t use them leds cause the resistance is wrong. Gave me lights at 1/4 the price and it worked great. Shop auto zone they know more and help out better. Bummer is I own shop as a silent partner and will let my partner know I don’t want Napa used. Not in Wickenburg so I need the lights. Should have called my bro. Or went to...

Today I went to NAPA in Wickenburg Az. and had tried the other automotive stores in town and walked away disappointed and got a surprise by finding what I was looking for because NAPA is a much smaller auto supply store, there are two other parts stores in Wickenburg it definitely helps to shop around, if you don't succeed...
