This place is really really awesome!!! If I had an unlimited budget and unlimited space in my home, I could very well see me buying about half the gift shop!! The merchandise they sell is spectacular and the only problem is choosing what you really want. The owner is so kind! He genuinely seems to really love and enjoy his work. He definitely wants people to come away from this beautiful town and gift shop with a good impression.

What’s better was that there was no mask requirement to go in. To see smiling faces was priceless. Guess some won’t like that but whatever. It’s a great shop with endless amount of things to buy for anyone...

I was looking online for an item that appeared to be just about sold out all over for my wife for Xmas. Stumbled across Ol' Livery Mercantile in Wickenburg, AZ, which said they had it instock. Ordered it, had free shipping which was great because I live in upstate NY, and arrived here within a week. You are always taking a chance when ordering online from unfamiliar places. So I really want to commend this business for accurately updating their website and making sure they took care of a customer who lives 2500 mi away! I will shop their website...

There are several reasons why someone might walk out of this store. One could be the overpriced knickknack merchandise but truly the greatest reason would be the horrible customer service from the two rude sales ladies . I was not aware that it was my responsibility to clean up the stuffed animals we walked by in the store just because I have a child- that mess was there long before we entered.
