Although the company has been friendly and tried to be helpful the product itself is about as poor as it gets. Equipment replacements, tech calls, add on solutions and yet I can't stream on just one device without choppy images on the next to highest plan (that gets touted as several devices, heavy streaming...etc etc). Speed tests only even come close standing within 2ft of the router... any distance and lucky to get third to quarter of speed I pay for. My most expensive utility and barely even works. Feel bad cause I think most people throw 1 star ratings and bash things due to poor customer service but I've had no bad interactions, its truly just not a good product (unfortunately).
*just to edit since like all companies they love to throw a comment trying to explain off bad reviews as a "oh there was __ issue for a short time". Right now (2/27/25)... speed test is 77 mps download on a plan "typically 1000mps" (their claim). I've still 3 years later never - with hundreds of speed tests - broke 250mps.    Read moreI had some weird issues with my internet service on a couple of occasions. One was traced to a cut cable...very explainable and easily rectified. The second outage was not as easy to figure out. Called tech support, spoke with Cody. We addressed several ideas, homed-in on a router as the issue. Since I was out of town for the week and would not return until after the office was closed, he made arrangements for a replacement router and arrangements to get it to me. Long story short...it worked, problem solved, and didnât have to go through a long holiday weekend without internet service. Thank you, thank you Cody!!! And thank you...
