I originally contacted this company in May of 2022 when I moved to the Wiggins area to have some electrical work done in my garage. I did not get a return call until about 4 months later and still never saw anyone. No apologies for the lengthy wait time in getting back. I called three weeks ago as I was given their name again for more work I need done. Spoke to a kind front end gal said she talked to the owner Keith about the parts I needed and was told it would at most be a week. I have heard from the tech Aaron once still nothing set up, called the office three times so far and keep being told someone will get back to you. Two times now we have been failed by this company. I live in La Junta, Co, 180 miles from Wiggins, and was purchasing a used Kioti tractor from an individual in Oklahoma. I Googled Kioti tractor dealers and saw Wiggins Electric and called and spoke with Keith. He confirmed everything I'd researched about the dependability tractors, their performance (their lift capacities far outperform JD), and affordability compared to JD & Kubota. He was extremely helpful in making my decision and then he put me in contact with one of his staff, Andrea, that graciously helped me get the Kioto warranty transferred into my name. They did this out of the kindness of their hearts and they are APPRECIATED!. With my highest recommendations, please consider to use them for servicing of your tractor and any product or service they provide. They are "OLD SCHOOL" service and relationship people. Thanks...

I was super impressed with Keith integrity and his communication along the way to purchasing my tractor. I was even pleasantly surprised when I started the tractor to load it on my trailer - only find that the fuel tank was full. I can't begin to tell you how great that sensation was and how dealers that provide 1/2 gallon in the tank of a new car or ??? really need to learn a lesson...
