Brand Jewelry- Same Name NEW OWNER — Local services in Wilkesboro

As a regular patron to the shopping area of Lowes Foods and Big Lots off 421, I had went with my wife to pick up the carryout order we had placed, and I stopped in front of brand jewelry for at most two minutes. Had not shifted to park, had not even had enough time to think it felt like. The employees, especially a bearded man, began berating me about having stopped there. Yelling about a no parking sign, when I hadn't even had time to do anything besides watch my wife enter little Caesars. Brand was closed, and these employees berated me off the clock!!

As a Guide to the Wilkesboro area, I sincerely hope you do not give this place your business. There are better, and much more professional people to work with. Sincerely glad me and my wife didn't buy anything for our wedding from them. Will be warning all friends, families, as well as my business associates of this incident.

10/10 would not recommend these people.

Wanted to shop local for my husband’s wedding band and went to Brand’s to get some ideas and prices. The girl that helped me the first time was probably in her 20s and had no knowledge about any of the men’s wedding bands at all. She kept having to ask another lady the questions I was asking her. The other lady (who was older) didn’t seem to care or want to help me at all. I went back about a week later hoping that the bad experience was a fluke and that I could speak with someone else and another young girl helped me. She also didn’t know anything about the bands and appeared to have a terrible cold. She was sneezing and sniffling all over the glass countertop. She didn’t seem interested in answering my questions. I ended up going to another store and buying his wedding band there. I was so not impressed with the selection and employees. I lost a ring that I dearly loved and had for 20 years or more I walked in to Brands one day to get my mom a Mother's Day gift and I explained to Heather the owner that I wish I had that same exact ring I lost and so I sent her a picture of what it looked like and she finally found a similar one to it and was very honest and quoted me a great price and we are pleased with her services and work tracing down something that you know you will love for years to come.
