7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Wilkesboro

Heard a lot of good things about 7brew so I was really disappointed when I visited them on 01/14. It was after 7pm, but I really wanted a little treat. There was only 1 other car in line so I was so excited! Only to be ignored for over 5 minutes before anybody noticed me. Two girls were giggling/talking with the only other car there, glanced over at me several times but still keep giggling and chatting, not signaling me to wait or anything. The one girl in the store was making drinks as fast as she could, but also chiming in with the other girls and laughing. For about 5 minutes they were conversations with each other and this one other customer in her car, but didn’t say anything to me. (It was my 2nd time ever going there). Finally I got up there, the girl taking my order was very short with me and wouldn’t even look at me. I ordered my drink, a frappe off the menu and it came out looking off, so when I asked if this was correct they shrugged and said yeah. The drink was good.. not what I ordered and we ended up not drinking it. I’m not bashing the girls (they were all 3 super young looking) but maybe coach them to do better.. because this really discouraged me and I think I’ll be sticking with Talia’s...

I usually LOVE 7 Brew, an iced blondie is usually my go-to when I pass by. Well, on my visit today, I ordered a large iced sugar cookie blondie. I’ve never had any issues with that. That’s all I ordered. First, they gave my drink to someone else. Then, they handed me a medium iced chai. When I realized, I had to turn around and go BACK and tell them they gave me the wrong drink. After sitting in the line another 15 minutes, I finally get my drink and leave. When I took a sip, it tasted absolutely horrible, not like the usual blondie I get. As a barista myself at a locally owned shop nearby, I am extremely disappointed to say the least, and unfortunately I can’t say that I will ever go back. Please...

For the last few times we have come up to see our son in Boone we noticed that this drive through coffee shop is packed with cars. On Friday, we saw the line was short and jumped on the opportunity. Madison took our order and she was nice & in fact, the girl who handed us our coffee was also friendly and asked us what we were going to do the rest of the day. I did hop out of the car to take pics for this review & a short while later- I felt for my bracelet and it was gone. I hope they find it! I did leave them a message through their corporate office.
