The food and service from most employees is great but the employee named Lee's is very rude and unprofessional. While he was ringing up my order and I was standing right in front of him, I asked are you working hard? No reply, so I thought maybe he didn't hear me. I ask are you doing ok today and still he ignored me and did not reply or acknowledge I spoke to him. Very rude and not friendly behavior. The location also runs out of chips often. Lee's behavior needs to be dealt with by management. I visit this location 5 days a week weekly for lunch. Next time I will complain to the owner. Please become more social so your customers do not feel un-welcome by you ignoring them when they speak to you. Ordered on the app at 6:30, app told me the order was ready at 7:50, walked in, waited 10 minutes while the worker made 2 6inch subs for the customer ahead, and carried on a full convo, only to discover that my order wasn’t made, it didn’t come through the app supposedly meanwhile I was charged for it, everything I asked about the response was “oh we have been having problems with that”, anyway 30 minutes in the restaurant and I finally leave with my “online order” that I was made to pay for twice, and she wouldn’t honor the coupon I used for the online order, so all in all I paid $58.72 for 2 subs, 5 cookies and a bag of chips.

Very friendly staff. I travel all over NC for my job and this is the first Subway that I ate at that asked me if I would like a rewards card. The young lady sandwich artist showed me the cards and I actually signed up for one. I eat at Subway Restaurants regularly and several employees at other stores have asked me if I have a rewards card but they have never asked me if I would like to sign up for one.
