Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wilkesboro

Wonderful staff, they make my stupid pizza at request without any issues, ever. I enjoy mine without sauce. Most places have a hard time with that simple request. Not sure why it's such a hard request, but I can't even go to Pizza Hut & order my "complicated pizza" 🤣 because they never get it right. As for the rest of the food that I order for my family (because everyone wants something different), it's all really good. I love the cheap prices, very fast service (still faster than anywhere else even on their busiest days). And once again, the staff is super friendly & always polite & always willing to make sure you're (the customer, no matter who) is completely satisfied with what you're buying. So, no complaints here, honestly. And I don't generally say that 💙. I mean if there was one thing I had to be picky about it, I'd ask for a Little Cesar's closer to me as I drive about an hour & 20 minutes there, getting the pizza & getting home. Which sucks. But I'll drive past 2 Pizza Huts, Dominos, Papa John's & a few privately owned Pizza places, just to get to Little Cesar's & get my pizzas & stuff for my family. I expect to recieve junk food from these establishments, after all you get what you pay for. That has nothing to do with this poor review. Customer service is the only thing business like this have going for them and after 3 times of doing business with these people its undoubtedly a mistake to even consider doing business here. The staff is stuck up and disrespectful, as if you are inconveniencing them by even being there. God forbid you ask for PARMESEAN CHEESE at a PIZZA RESTARAUNT they will snub you and tell you they dont have any. I do not know these people and wouldnt wish anyones job away from them because you never know what people are going through but I have now dealt with 4 people at this place, first 2 times my order was wrong and I was still talked to with no regard for customer service and the most recent only ordered 1 cheese pizza but was treated like an inconvenience. My wife went to grab a pizza for us on the way home from work and was told it would be about 6-8 minutes before our pizza was ready. We had ordered one of the "hot-n-ready" ones, so we just thought it would take a few minutes tops. Several other customers came and went with their pizzas after we had placed ours and were told to wait. 20 minutes later the employee who took our order asked what we were waiting for. We responded with telling her we were still waiting on our pizza. We were then told again it would only be a few more minutes, and that more needed to be made to complete our order of ONE pizza. My wife then proceeded to say that she would rather just have our money back if we were still going to have to wait for a pizza that was supposedly already made.
