Matthew at the Williamsburg Outlet was absolutely amazing! He deserves recognition and a raise or a promotion. He is what Excellent Custom Service is all about! He went above and beyond with assisting me. My online order from Coach Outlet was royally messed up (never received 4 items, was charged for them, couldn’t find out what was going on with my order) and Coach Outlet customer service was horrible. Over a period of two days, approx. 6 HOURS of being on hold for a representative and being hung up on 3 times, I finally called the closest Coach Outlet store to me (Williamsburg, IA) to see if someone could help me. I had the privilege of speaking with Matthew and he was a God send. He pulled the items that he had in store that were the same or similar to what I had ordered online, I purchased them at the same price I had paid online and he shipped them to me right away. I received them within 2 days of our original phone contact. He also contacted customer service for me about my missing order and found out that 4 of the 6 items I had ordered were either never shipped or will never arrive. He was able to return those 4 missing items for me and immediately sent me a merchandise credit in the mail. Matthew saved 4 missing Christmas gifts for me and I am very grateful to him for that! Read moreI ordered a purse online and when I got it it was the wrong color (ordered ink blue, got a pale pink color). The package was labeled as blue so clearly there was a mistake during the packing process. I brought it into the store instead of trying to ship it back and try again. While they didn't have ink blue instock I did choose a different blue and they even refunded my shipping costs I paid because of the mix up. I didn't get the name of the gentleman that helped me, but my receipt says TJ.
