I was thrilled Squirrels Nest @ Williamsburg Outlets offers clock repair. I have a clock that is a treasured family heirloom that I hadn't enjoyed for several years but I decided to check out the shop and have Roger take a look at it. I was very concerned about transporting it and leaving it behind but I didn't need to because Roger was very careful from the moment I walked it. He looked at it right away and shared things he noticed about the clock, he handled it with great care, gave me a receipt, and made sure we both documented exactly what it looked like. And my clock was fixed in less than 2 weeks and has been working wonderfully. It is so lovely to hear it working in our home again.
