The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my entire history of purchasing items online. My children received gifts from relatives for Christmas totaling over $500 and simply needed different sizes in the sneakers. Confirmed with a representative Exchange Policy and stressed the importance of EXHANGING vs. refunding due to purchases being made with Visa Gift Cards that were disregarded after funds were used. After initial request to exchange and items were sent back to facility I called customer service and confirmed yet again the request to EXCHANGE and was reassured that items would be exchanged. It took over a week to be informed that items were refunded to the gift cards that no longer exist and there was no way to exchange the items with refund already being issued. I am now left with two children who are heartbroken about their Christmas gifts and a nightmare of a mess to sort through trying to tract down contact information for the Visa gift cards. Read moreNot sure that I appreciate the closing at 5pm that I've encountered twice after driving for an hour on Sunday's thus far! If you post hours as 11am through 6pm you should honor it regardless. The reason for that arrival time on each occasion is my daughter was in a volleyball recruitment camp from 12-3pm in Des Moines. After speaking with the coaches then stopping on our way back to Marion it's the only convenient time. I buy Nike apparel and shoes 90% of the time so I value these stops!.......Covid should have nothing to do with being there an hour before close if there's no line outside. (They do not take returns on the items bought from this store because it is already discounted products, which is understandable.) I had fantastic customer service from both the sales associate and the manager as they helped me navigate a semi difficult return due to issues with UPS after initially trying to return them on my own. They got me a refund and even had some helpful suggestions for finding new shoes. Unfortunately I did not catch their names but I most definitely will be returning here if I ever need new...
