Subway — Restaurant in Williamsburg

I went to this store location in Williamsburg iowa to place a order on 7/8/20at 6:30pm and the store states it close at 7pm , when I got to the store I waited 10 mins so that the store workers could catch up on making subs , as soon as they were finished the worker asked me if she could help me and I said yes , I tryed to place a order when the worker told me that I needed to place my order online due to the fact it was only a online deal promotion so I said to the worker that is OK that’s fine I will place my order online I continue to go on the application subway to place my order when the application stated to me that the store was not taking no more online orders due to the fact that the store was close mind you it’s now going on 7 o’clock but not 7 o’clock yet it was approximately 647P.m. I told the workers that I was having trouble placing an order online due to the fact that online orders would not be taken because the store was close the store workers then gave me one big attitude and told me that there was nothing that they can do I told them if I can still place my order and they said no you cannot place your order due to the fact the online order deal is only online I told the worker you know what that is fine but because of your attitude I will not be placing an order at all I didn’t proceeded to ask the store worker for their managers phone number so that I can contact her and let her know what was the issue Both subway workers did not want to give me the managers number and told me they cannot give me the managers number that I needed to stop in the store in the morning because the manager will be there I don’t politely told both workers you guys have a great night I will find corporate‘s number online and that’s what I did subway in Williamsburg Iowa just lost a loyal customer due to the fact of their unprofessionalism and the rudeness I will never go back to that subway again and I will leave a bad review on every website that I could because of their unprofessional workers that they have working If I can leave no stars I would very...

Just stop at this subway did you get my food was getting a sandwich for me and my girl I ordered her sandwich first because I knew it would take a little bit longer than to make than mine another guy comes in whose sandwich was completely messed up because they gave him raw bacon and I didn't mind them let him go through no big deal he had somewhere he had to be but they never asked me if I wanted a sandwich they just started running my My girl's sandwich bring it all up and paid for it and she goes there's something wrong and I said yes you guys didn't even ask me if I wanted a sandwich or if there was another sandwich you needed to be made you guys just ran her sandwich and was done not a good way to do things so I will take my business somewhere else and I will not be returning to this subway this is the third time that they've messed up and I've get them the benefit of the doubt twice before so not a fan

I just quit my job here at subway and I hated it. It was the worst experience of my life. Employees were rude to customers and other employees. The food is spoiled once in awhile. There have been several times where the green peppers and cucumbers have been slimy. The manager has even taken napkins that weren't used but were left on a table back into the napkin pile because it would be a waste to throw them away. You get called nasty names and the employees steal other employees things. There are two people that I liked to work with Bonnie and Tyson. They are the nicest and they are fun to work with. When I said I quit I was told that I can't do that but I walked out anyways.
