I was impressed with the reviews that this company had. This is the reason I chose them. I dropped off my pc around mid day Friday and was quoted that we should have the part in and installed Monday (Should only take 30 min after they got the part). At 5pm Monday (1 hour before the close) I gave them a call because I did not heard anything. They were kind on phone and let me know they haven't gotten to it yet. I was informed that it should be done tomorrow (Tuesday). Tuesday they said it was not the right part and they have to order a new one which would take another day. I would have been fine if they had called me and let me know, but they didn't. It took me calling them to find out these issues. I understand things happen and things come up, but if that is the case all I ask is that you keep your clients informed.

Update. Would give 0 stars if I could. The owner is very disrespectful. He texted me after I stated they were not keeping me informed. He told me they ordered the wrong part again. I asked who was in charge and what number I should call and all I was told was God. If I can find a way to upload a screen shot I will. I will never be using this...

I have consistently gone to this company because of the courteous, knowledgeable, and informative people that work there. I appreciate that they are willing to diagnose a problem for a reasonable fee when my computer acts up. They know their stuff.

Most recently I've had troubles setting up a new computer with an old display and they have been most helpful and eager with exploring options with a non-tech-savvy man on how to make this happen.

I believe I will be a customer...

Went in for a blue screen I couldn't solve myself, they re-partioned my ssd boot drive and several other things for me...

Fast forward to after I pick up and get my PC home, and it shuts down after 30 seconds no screen action. Take it back up there the next morning, after a nice after hours conversation with the big man himself to find out my psu cable was the issue, overall great work and highly reccomend, fast...
