My family and I (owners) checked in for our annual visit on December 21-28, 2024. Upon check-in we were told that we had been "blacklisted" and they could not offer us any discounts, even though we were owners in good standing. It took us almost forty-eight hours to find out what it meant to be "blacklisted" as it seems that no one knew what it meant besides the staff member who checked us in. Our stay spiraled downhill from there. Our accommodations were neat and clean. However, the dishwasher did not work and was not repaired until late Monday afternoon, after three attempts. On Monday afternoon, after calling the extension given by the front desk (wrong contact), Owners Membership and Finance, we found out that it was because we needed to attend an owner's review, and they had made a reservation (without our consent) to attend.
