Placed a takeout order for 7 people…first time ordering and the gentleman on the phone was super helpful and happily answered all of my questions…went to pick up around 4:30 and not only is the interior very lovely and inviting, but they took great care in packaging up our order as well as showing us what/where everything was. Sat down for dinner and our entire family was blown away by not only the portions, but at how absolutely delicious EVERYTHING was! My dad and myself ordered the seafood fra diavolo…it was one of the best we’ve ever had; perfect amount of heat that did not interfere with the perfectly cooked and fresh seafood or the rest of the flavors from the sauce. Each bite was spectacular and we couldn’t stop eating it unless it was to try another dish! Mom ordered the penne napolitano and WOW! What a wonderful pasta dish…excellent quality ricotta, mozzarella, and sauce all baked to perfection! Both of my nephews got pasta w meatballs (one was a kids size which came with penne and the other was the entree served with linguine)…they both get it buttered with sauce on side and both gobbled it down (we all got to try a meatball as well and I found them quite tasty). My sister and her husband shared the trietoo carbonara and they enjoyed having different pasta options…a tasty dish when you want to try all the pastas! They also ordered the chicken parmigiana but had ala vodka sauce on their pasta instead of red sauce and OMG! That vodka sauce is heavenly! Each entree came with a salad and their house made Italian dressing as well as plenty of garlic knots! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and we plan on dining in for the full experience on our next visit! Well done Tuscany!

The hubs and I drove an hour to go back to school shopping at the Williamsburg outlets. Before heading home, we decided we wanted to grab some lunch. He really had a taste for pasta, so I googled, and a few places came up. We landed on Tuscany due to the photos of the food. The restaurant was about 1.4 miles away and was easy to get from the outlets. The restaurant is in a plaza. We were a bit worried because there weren't a lot of cars in the parking lot. But we learned that it opened at 4 pm and we got there a little after 4 pm. We walked in and were greeted and seated immediately. There were already a few people enjoying meals. The decor was nice and simple, and the people were pleasant. Our waiter came out quickly to get our drink order. He was very friendly. I was undecided between the stuffed flounder with shrimp linguine and the crab cake with risotto. I told the waiter that I was on a diet and wanted something light, and he explained that the flounder would be lighter and we both would need to-go boxes. So my husband and I both chose the flounder, and he got a lasagna to go. We got butter rolls and a house salad while we waited for our food. Someone also came around to refill our waters. The customers began to flood in. The food was exceptional, and he was right, we both needed boxes. My husband ate the lasagna later that evening and really enjoyed it. Few things we learned, the lasagna is made with turkey and when we ordered exta meat sauce we had a short wait as he said everything was cooked fresh. The restaurant, including the bathroom, was very clean. I would definitely eat there again when in town.

The place was beautiful inside. It would be a good place to go on a date. Dinner comes with a salad and garlic knots. The salad, although it had a lot of stuff in it, was not very flavorful. The Garlic knots I believe where made out of the pizza dough. Soft inside but a little tough to bite through ( but tasted good). I ordered a trio plate that had cheese ravioli, cheese tortellini and gnocchi with Alfredo sauce with chicken and mushrooms. They didn't have any gnocchi so they added more of the other two I place of it. They were very accommodating when I asked for peas instead of the mushrooms. It was very tasty. My sister got penne with meatballs and ricotta. It was a lot of food but it said it was supposed to be baked and it didn't looked like it. The meatballs tasted like spam ( we were told they were made of mostly turkey). Our waitress was very sweet but must of been new because she couldn't answer any questions about the menu but went and asked and came back. She did a good job though. I would definitely go back.

I revieved my food in a timely manner and the atmosphere is cozy. However, both visits to this establishment was not pleasant concerning the staff. This visit, I was misled by this establishment concerning my order and my payment. They took a large 20% gratuity off of my debit card without my permission which is stealing. When I spoke to the young man whom they claimed was the manager, he indicated that they have been doing that for over 3 years which is a lie. My first visit, I gave the tip on my own. He showed no remorse, empathy, or apologized at all. This made me etremely uneasy about these people. They were unhelpful the moment I walked through the door. They took their time helping me acting like they didn't see me standing waiting to be seated. Then when they finally had other guest come through the door, thats when they want to ask me if I was there for take out. They didn't smile and acted very unwelcoming towards me. But not the other guest. Of course I told them that I was dinning it. I dine alone as a woman and they still treated me differently. When I was asking about why they added the gratuity without my permission, the waitress again was very nasty and said, you are talking to the wrong person, I have work to do. That's when she directed me to the young man who in tern cared just as little as she did. Their way of making sure that people like me never returned is to add 20% gratuity without our permission. I was professional when I questioned them about it and informed them that it is stealing and that it will be reported. I will never return here for they have clearly shown me that my kind is not welcomed for...
