If there was a zero star or negative stars I would've used those. We did take out last night and when we got home realized THEY had made a mistake on the order. Called them and they said bring the other food back and we will exchange the correct food for the mistaken order. I thought for sure I had heard them incorrectly so I did not bring back the food and instead tossed it in our trashcan at home, it being a pandemic and all, I couldn't imagine that they would want me to bring food back into their restaurant. When I got there they would not give me the correct order because I had not brought back to the incorrect food. I can't believe they would want contaminated food back into their restaurant, even if they were going to “throw it away” themselves which I question, since they wanted it back so badly. The rude woman at the register then told me that she would not exchange my food at all, to which I replied I would never eat there again anyway since I don't know if I'm getting somebody else's returned food! I have never before heard of a restaurant wanting you to bring back food that they cooked in error; isn't it bad enough that I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get my correct order? Read moreFood has been great for years. Service is good and fast. Prices are reasonable. I've been eating here for 10+ years with very little disappointment. I'd like to respond to the other reviewer. Unfortunately, a lot of folks are dishonest.. especially now in desperate times. That is certainly not to say you are but businesses must protect themselves from this happening. I've worked in kitchens/restaurant for 20 years and I've seen folks many times say their order is incorrect to get more food. Once again, I am DEFINITELY not implying you were doing this. However, you have to try and understand a businesse's perspective. If they asked you to bring food back you should have and let them deal with it. You did not think of this because you weren't doing anything dishonest. Restaurants have to, unfortunately. They would have thrown it out but would have known it was honest. To try to imply they re-serve food is absurd and hopefully came from your anger and not true senses. During these times let's try to see all perspectives and not just our own. The cashier swiped my card once and says your card isn't working, snatches the food away and shoves my card in my face and points to all the other 10 customers waiting for their orders and says all their cards work mine doesn't. So upon further yelling I find out the man is just an imbecile who doesn't know how to operate his own credit card machine. The message read "duplicate transaction" so I explained this was probably because I just purchased an order previously and if he clicked yes it would probably go through. He says there is no yes button, so I say what about the green enter button? WOW IT WORKED. As angry as he made me I still said thank you but nothing in return.
