Subway — Restaurant in Williamsport

I ordered a turkey bacon avocado wrap and the turkey was expired and tasted and smelled badly. So instead of checking my sandwich they check the turkey that was on the line which had just been replaced after she made my sandwich. Of course that one would taste fresher. Instead of replacing my sandwich, which only has one bite out of it they told me I would have to pay for a different one. I already paid $9.50 for the wrap I'm not eating, no way am I going to pay anymore of my money. It's not like I wanted to keep the bad sandwich or I ate half of it. It was literally one bite. I'll never eat here again and I'll advise my uber and Lyft customers not to go here and even offer the rest of their ride free to go the other...

I ordered at 12:30 Sat.for pick up at 6:45.. went in that evening and it was not ready.. 2 girls were waiting on a customer .. So then the girl started making my sub and she started adding some condiment which was not on the order.. She got mad when I said it was not on the order... She had to throw part of it away.. Not my fault... but she was upset. The other girl got upset because I ask why I was overcharged since I used the APP for the $5.00 foot long special...She said very nasty.. we do not honor... She said call the store ... I had try to call to order and they do not answer the phone... I have never been treated so poorly... Very bad customer service.... I came in to purchase food, I'm traveling for work and held my urge to use the restroom until I arrived to the store. The assistant manager refused to give me the code to the restroom until AFTER I bought food. I told her I was buying food for two but I had to use the restroom in an emergency and she refused to give it to me. The employee, jayden, asking permission to give me the code felt so bad just blurred it out. I am very upset that I was treated and how the assistant manager handled the situation, poor judgment. I understand people missuse the restroom, but I can assure I don't look like a homeless person and I'm a professional passing through...
