In 101° Fahrenheit temp they had my self and my 60+ year old disabled mother wait out side to be helped because we can not wear a mask. The man that did finally come out didn't actually come out he cracked the door open to speak to us. This is discrimination against people with health concerns. I understand "reasonable" accommodations can be made if someone can not wear a mask. However having customers stand in over 100 weather is not reasonable accommodations.
update: Just today at the same location we experienced racial rudeness and unhelpfulness. my mother and i can not wear masks so she asked to have a piece of paper to write her info on for prepay ( which is how they have been handling this) and she was willing to wait in the car. however Duane from the same store blocked the door way held his self in a threatening manner and would not allow for alt ways to pay. even after we politely stated that the nc order requires business to make reasonable accommodation to people that cant wear mask.. He said online payments and drop box is there accommodations and that was that..He was very rude. there was alot of other ways that could have been handled.... he came from the back of the store to block the door way, he wasn't even the person we were originally speaking to. its so sad this type of behavior is what things...

When I was able to speak to an associate, I was able to pay off my device, but my account was not closed as I requested and US Cellular sent me another months bill. Insane. As I type this post, US Cellular's website is down due to three of their DNS servers not working. US Cellular is a grossly overrated provider in this area, they are the 2nd slowest (only AT&T band 14 is slower). Do yourself a favor and if you must use the US Cellular network in this area, get it via another provider that roams on them in this area, such as Google Fi or T-Mobile. By the way, I'd like to point out that US Cellular does not provide coverage of their own HQ in Chicago... How can you trust a company that doesn't even serve...

I don’t know if anybody else is dealing with this, but there is something wrong with the guys who work here. They make me pay twice in the same month. For example, my payment could be due on July 12. Mind you, they charge me $200 and up, and then they send me another text saying it’s due on July 30. I thought you were supposed to be charged monthly. When you call about the issue, they act so clueless, as if they don’t know what I’m talking about. I do feel used, as if they are just taking my money. I’m done with this place.
