Where to begin? Let’s start with on March 2, 2023 @ approximately 2am I stopped at this facility to eat, and the food was good. However, before I could taste my food I had to deal with terrible customer service from the drive thru attendant followed by the manager on duty. I normally get names but it was super late and my husband and I was tired from working all day. Long story short the attendant took my order correctly, however after she handed my husband the bags with our food in it. She instantly walked away. So she never seen us pull off therefor indicating that we had everything we needed and; we the paying customers that keeps her employed, was satisfied. Now after tapping on window for 15 minutes because my sandwich was wrong she finally returns to window only to take another customer’s order, Now that we have her attention my husband tells her what’s wrong with the sandwich, now I’m waiting 5 minutes more. Ok so now a manager comes to window and hands my husband a bag containing my sandwich, it is correct. However, throughout this whole ordeal of them handing me the wrong sandwich and having to wait so long for an employee to fix the situation we never received an apology from neither the drive thru attendant nor the manager. Instead, what we did receive was a lot of attitude as if we were bothering them or as if I should have just taken the food that I paid for that was made incorrectly or was given wrong sandwich needless to say I felt like their attitudes was if i should have eaten the burger or threw it away. No apologies from not one employee just attitudes. The audacity of some employees working in customer service. For those not knowing, customer service is for anyone who has to deal with the public (customers) while on a job that provides you a paycheck. The food was good and the service is usually good, but honey on this particular day the service was terrible. I would have given this review more than 1 star had I not been given an attitude from both drive thru attendant and manager and was given an apology for either the wait or wrong sandwich both would have been nice but at least one apology. Read moreThis got me so mad very mad actually. 25 degrees today. And it was cars in the drive thru. So I was like let me just go to the person side walk thru (Or what ever you call it) because all I wanted is a milkshake. Tell me why I stand there for almost 30 min in the freezing weather. It was two cars that I saw in the drive thru. There was a girl looking at me and I thought she saw me and was going to take my order. 10 min later she didn't bat another eye. 3 car just went by still didn't give me one look just paid attention to all the people in heated vehicle. Then 10 min went by and another girl came she open the side window and took my order. Which was a milkshake. Then the next 10 min ANOTHER girl pop up to give me my milkshake. I was about to blow up. But that will be a stupid of a move if it was just for a milkshake. But I'm very upset it flipping 25° almost in the 19° outside and you could at least open the sliding door to ask me what i wanted (talking about girl number 1). Horrible just horrible. Please atleast teach them about acknowledging their costumer. Oh yea I counted 6 cars got their food before me. And I estimate at least out of all them cars there was 10 people in total being served. But you can't serve one person. (Staying out in freezing weather looking stupid all you can do is count the cars and the people inside it.) All I'm saying STICK WITH YOUR CAR. Read moreMost horrific cookout I've ever been to ever. My wife our kids and I. Go here twice a week at least. We went to the one here in Williamston NC. Customer service was horrible, manager was rude and not courteous to customers. Managers name was Cheryl with a "C" she made that very clear when I said I'd take it up with corporate. She did not care. The food was disgusting and cookout has always been very good. The proportions were very skimp. And charged me 4x for cheese and 4x for chilli. I went back and said why was 2 5 piece nuggets, 2 fries, 1 BBQ plate and a cheese fry $32.02. That's outrageous. I asked to return it. That they needed to clarify or need to put each items prices on reciepts. And tell customers what they'll be charging you for. We've decided to never return to cookout. Good like I said has always been good. But it's now compatible with cat chow. That's how disgusting. My dog wouldn't even touch it. And if prices are going up. Then proportions should be more to reflect price. And not price gouge. Cookout used to be very proportional. And a decent amount of food. Someone needs to definitely replace Cheryl.
