I live in southern Vermont and had been in search of a jeweler to size up my watch. I was in Williamstown MA for the afternoon and came upon Atef fine jeweler and decided to see if I could have my watch sized. I have never written a review in my life however I am compelled to do so after my wonderful experience with Atef jeweler. I was delighted to finally have my watch sized to my liking. Atef, had the patience of a Saint. I waffled between two sizes as to which was a more comfortable fit. I took up quite a bit of his time. Typically, one would feel rushed in deciding, but not here! My watch was sized to my choice and done so very efficiently and with much care. My watch is an expensive one so I was thrilled to have it sized by a true professional and knowledgeable jeweler. I highly recommend this jeweler not only for the craftsmanship, quality, care and patience but also the large variety of jewelry that is both beautiful and unique! My hats off to Atef jewelers! I'm new to the area, and during my move here, two necklaces got completely tangled together. I went online and read several posts about how to untangle necklaces. I tried both oil and soapy water and after working for about an hour, I gave up and went online looking for another suggestion. I learned that jewelers sometimes will untangle necklaces. So, I found Atef and his reviews were very positive. I called him, and he willingly agreed to untangle my necklaces, and told me to stop in anytime. I live nearby his place of business, so I drove there immediately. Not only did he drop everything and begin to work on my necklaces, but he skillfully untangled them within ten minutes or so! Perhaps even more impressive than his skill set was his positive attitude. You could tell that he loves his job and is good at it. Next time I need some jewelry or some jewelry repair, I will head straight to Atef's shop....
