I have never been there before and had no idea how things work. I went it with my daughter and there were 2 groups of people there. We looked at everything and I realized it must be self serve after standing around for a while . I couldn't find bowls! We stood at the counter for 5 more minutes waiting for someone. The girl finally came out of the back and told us where the bowls were. After getting the yogurt my daughter wasn't sure if we were supposed to self serve our toppings so we waited again. I said hello a few times and no response. We started serving ourselves and a few later she came back out only to disappear again after ringing us up. About 5 minutes later another customer came in and they went through the steps and waited at the counter for a few minutes also. We saw they had a punch card and wondered why we were told about them. I told my daughter to get one off the counter so I could see what it was. She didn't want to get one without asking so she waited again for a very long time then grabbed one and went back to try to get it punched. She eventually got tired of waiting and did it herself. We didn't even finish our yougurt and decided to leave. The girl never even came out from the back before we left. In the 25 to 30 mins we were there the employee was seen for literally a total of 3 mins maybe. She didn't offer a receipt from our purchase either. Never welcomed us or said goodbye and never bothered to tell us the specials or how anything works. Horrible customer service!!! The only reason for 2 stars was the yogurt and...
Read moreInconsiderate staff. Came here with my 3 young kids for some fro yo. The tv was off and I was glad because my kids always zone out and spill their yogurt whenever it’s on. (We do come here fairly often). I have never asked for it to be shut off though in the past. But since we were the only ones in the shop I asked if it could please be left off when one of the workers walked over to turn it on. The girl working said no and that they “had to turn it on” as part of their opening process. I said “okay, but could it wait just 5 more minutes til they are done with their yogurt?” And she said no. Really?! Is this a big deal? Maybe not - I know they have a tv in here and I take my kids here knowing that but it seemed like a reasonable request since it had already been off and no one else was there ??? Didn’t appreciate it. Maybe they should focus more on the dirty handprints all over the door or turning on the open sign than being weirdly...
Read moreWe come here a lot. 2-3 times a week. Usually at night after dinner. Quite honestly it's usually pretty depressing, but the yogurt is good. The night staff is never present, you have to drag them out of the back. They have zero personality, most of the time there isn't music, dirty tables, the lights out front never work so parking lot is dark, the toppings are mostly empty. However today...we decided to stop in during the afternoon. We were happily greeted by Victoria. The place was clean, music was on...the energy was inviting. Victoria was such a ray of sunshine. Even though there was nobody else in line she stayed busy refilling the toppings and cleaning so everything just looked fresh. Good customer service is so hard to find these days. Hold on to Victoria with everything you've got because she is a treasure! We will adjust our visit times to go during the day...
