I have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant in my life. The first young woman very rudely asked if I had a mask. I replied that in the State of Texas they can no longer be required only recommended. She rolled her eyes and walked away to finish another person's sandwich. When she came back I proceeded to order, she immediately and rudely told me she refused to serve me. I replied "ok, fine, can I have a business card for your manager" she refused, I asked for her name (tall and hair dyed blue), she refused and walked away. I then asked the next employee for the managers card, she refused, I then told her she actually has to give that information if asked and that I would like the owners name (both were claiming that this was a privately owned business) then the larger Hispanic lady that was already refusing my inquiries spoke up and said "I'm the manager" which I am sure was a lie. They both cussed me and began to call me names.
I have read many other reviews stating the same thing. I will never go to this location again.

I cannot have bread so I asked for eggs, sausage & cheese in a bowl or something with a lid. It was to go. She offered me a lid.... just a lid to put it in. I told her it would spill & she told me I would have to pay for a salad to get a bowl. It was extremely hard to get a simple thing. She got angry with me & proceeded to tell me she's going into s new year & she doesn't want any problems. I guess I was a problem or creating a problem for her with a simple request. She attacked me so strongly I didn't know what to do. So I asked for the manager & she said she was the manager. WOW!! So I asked for her boss. She said she didn't know. I didn't want to get her fired but to relay that the service was a tad off & they might want to take proper steps to create a more pleasant experience for the customers. On the night of 12-23-2022, my son and I left the Dollar Tree, just around the corner, at 9:30 and quickly made our way to this restaurant. We walked in probably around 9:45 give or take a couple minutes. THE DOOR WAS UNLOCKED!!! The google listing showed the location was open until 11 p.m.!!! But the wicked witch of the west said, "WERE CLOSED!!!" I said, "Your google listing shows you are open until 11:00." The wirch replied, "That"s not my problem."
