I ordered to-go at 8pm to which I picked up at 8:15pm. When I arrived and stood at the counter to pay and pick up, one of the staff members told the kitchen that I had arrived for my order. I didn't piece this all together at first, but at that moment, I saw the kitchen staff splitting a plate of brown looking food into something. I then immediately saw the industrial microwave in front of them being shut. Then, I saw them packaging up my to-go order in that same spot.

When I got home, I opened our boxes and noticed that the brown looking food was actually our grilled pork that we had ordered. Our food was microwaved and served.

I also ordered the shrimp spring rolls. The lettuce inside the rolls had brownish color on it indicating that it's not the freshest ingredients.

I still ate it since it's not like I've never eaten microwaved food and it tasted fine. I haven't gotten sick, but I'd prefer to NOT eat microwaved food from...

This place used to be amazing. Now, the service is awful. Our server looked and acted as if he was angry with us for being there... The quality of the food has gone down drastically. I ordered lemonade for my kids and I, what we got was water with tons of artificial sweeteners and what I'm guessing was a lemon they squeezed into the cup. I wish they had just come back to the table and told us they didn't have any so we could order something else. The food came and was tasteless. My husband had the pho, which we used to love, but the meat was off and tough. I had the vermicelli stir fry; it was bland, but I was still okay with eating it until I came upon a hair that was NOT my own. After the food was brought to the table, the server never came back. He sat down at a table by the counter and made himself comfortable. It's sad, this place used...

Food is delicious here! The spring rolls are made with cilantro which I think adds a nice touch in flavor. The pho is really good as well and prices are very reasonable, especially for the XL size bowl which I've heard is huge. The only thing that I feel they could work on is customer service which is why I didn't give them a full 5 stars. When we got there, we weren't greeted or anything. We sat down and one of the waiters literally walked up with a note pad and pen in hand and stood there looking at us in silence. We felt a little awkward. They messed up on one of our orders as well but they fixed it and were nice about it. After the mistake was made and pointed out, they seemed more attentive with us than they were when we first came in. Other than that, the food is really good and we would definitely come...

The service was friendly and the place is very clean. This review is based on the Pho, which is what I personally feel will set a Vietnamese restaurant apart from others. It was good, and the cuts of meat were thin and plentiful as expected. The broth was ok, but definitely not the best I’ve ever had but since I was away from home on a mini vacation and started craving pho, it did the job. Also had the iced coffee, it was good and strong. If I am ever in the area again and crave Viet food again will come and try their other dishes.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Food is delicious and prices are on par. Definitely a great place to take the kids and not break the bank! SUPER CLEAN & GREAT SERVICE! My husband and I stopped in to grab a menu for our takeaway drawer before hitting Walmart to get groceries. We decided to stop at Whataburger for a quick bite however when we compared the prices at Whataburger to Pho Dat we realized they were a much better choice!

Quiet Vietnamese place. One of the owners lives in San Antonio. Stand alone shop. Pho taste good. Portions are normal. Spring rolls are big, but can sometimes be a little too moist. Pork egg rolls are smaller but are hot and crispy and come 4 per order. Vietnamese coffee with milk is fire. Even though it has sweetened milk in it you can taste the strong coffee
