Dry Clean City — Local services in Willis

Drop off was a breeze.

When I returned to pickup my items it was a total different story. The lady went to the back and was there for over 10 minutes. The man who walked in behind me had time to explain to another girl the repairs he wanted to have made to 4 pairs of his jeans, pay and leave before the lady helping me came back out front. When the lady came back she sat a large bag in front of me and walked away. I had to ask her to give me back my receipt. I then took it upon myself to check that all of my items were included. Which is a good thing, Because if I had not checked the bag that the lady handed me, I would have left without two of my pillow shams... One each from two different sets. The receipt showed 6 green item tags... She only had four items in the bag. When confronted about the missing items, she again walked to the back, and this time in less than 30 seconds came back out front ( no apology, explanation or anything ) laid them down on the counter and again just walked away!. Not just unfriendly, but..... Rude, Very Lazy and Extremely Poor attention to detail.

Customers don't like being just a number, they like smiling faces and friendly service. I might have been having a worse day than you, but you would have never known it. Do the owner a HUGE favor... Leave your problems at home. It makes or breaks a business!!!

Would give a zero rating if possible. My husband has used them for quite awhile only because they are cheap but they lose items and I find going here a stressful and annoying experience. They aren't welcoming at all and act like speaking is a bother. Its literally "name? Phone number?", grab the items and they don't say another word but now that I am the one dropping off and picking up most of the time for him I just refuse to go in here anymore because of the full time day care they are running out of here. I find it unprofessional to wait on customers with kids screaming, crying and laying on a dirty floor. The ladies in here are wheeling kids around in laundry carts and shoving phones/tablets in their faces to try to console a frustrated and cranky child who should be outside playing and in an environment where they can learn, explore and be a kid. I feel so sorry for the kids in here cooped up smelling dry cleaning fumes all day. I told my husband I was finding somewhere else to take his cleaning even if it was a little more because I refuse to deal with the day care chaos going on in...

I would give this business zero stars if I could. I find out tonight, they've been overcharging me for months, charging me for pants instead of shorts. You can't trust these people to charge you correctly, and you can't trust them with your clothes. They've turned some of my clothes yellow, and more recently, ruined a silk Tommy Bahama shirt. Now it feels like a starched, cotton shirt. To top it off, my order was scattered all over the building, and they had to scour the place to retrieve two pieces of my order, found in two totally different places. I still had 2 pieces missing, and the owner wanted to argue with me, telling me I had my entire order (they gave me 9 pieces instead of 11). I kept giving these people, this owner (older Asian woman), the benefit of the doubt, but no more. I'm sick of being taken advantage of by these people. They lost a long-time, well-paying customer tonight. I hope they're happy, and I'll be happy to write other reviews warning people not to take their clothes to this...
