Boot Barn — Local services in Williston

I ordered boots online to be shipped to store. They arrived, I needed to exchange for a smaller size. Girl in the store messed up, processed as a return because she said she didn't know how to exchange. She also didn't now how to give me the discount I'd gotten on them when she reordered the boots in the size I needed, 7C. Then they didn't come and didnt come. Called customer service and they refunded me the discount and reshipped another pair as the reorder got lost in shipping. Then those never showed up. Called customer service again, she assured me they would expedite a pair. I stressed they were a size 7C NOT 7B. They shipped 7B. Now I've returned those and the size I needed is no longer available and 7 days later I'm still waiting for a refund on my cc. I will NEVER order from Boot Barn again. So far this has been a 2 month...

On June 28 at about 3:30pm, I was going to buy some boots at the Williston Boot Barn location. A young male cashier wearing a cowboy hat said "naw we don't do that" when I asked if I can charge $200 to my corporate credit card and put the remaining amount on my personal credit card even though the Boot Barn in every other state I've been to has always allowed myself and co-workers to do that. I returned on June 29th at 12:00pm and Alyna was able to perform that transaction with ease and she was very polite. The young man that I encountered the day prior needs some more training or needs another salesperson at the checkout area to help him do his job since he is not fully capable...

Horrible customer service! The manager was rude as can be! Bought a $300.00 pair of Timberland Pro Work boots, and the soles fell apart in a week. The manager stated to me very rudely that there was nothing they could do for me and would not let me return them. This absolutely will be the last time I ever visit this store.

I got in contact with customer service in Wichita and they told me to email pics, and they would send me a new pair immediately.

So this review isn't necessarily about Boot Barn as a whole. Just the Williston location. I will never return there and will go elsewhere when I purchase another pair of boots which I was planning to...
